Sighting #002: Washington DC

Sighting #002: Washington DC

Status: Verified
Location: Lincoln Memorial, Washington DC
Conditions: Clear early morning
Observer: Anonymous Japanese Tourist Field Observer

🔍 Field Notes:

At approximately 06:45 EDT, our agent was conducting an early morning walk along the National Mall before the daily influx of tourists and heavy security patrols arrived. The area was eerily still, with only a single unidentified individual visible in the distance across the plaza.

As the agent approached the edge of the reflecting pool, the subject suddenly emerged from the deep blue water, scaling the stone ledge seamlessly. The subject did not exhibit standard wildlife behavior; instead, it held a deliberate position, displaying both the official Field Cap and the "Nagua" chain tag clearly toward the memorial.

🗣️ Observer Report:

"I went out at dawn to capture the sunrise hitting the marble structure without the massive crowds. The plaza was completely empty except for one man standing far off on the right walkway. I heard a slight splashing sound against the concrete.

When I turned my camera, this incredible creature was sitting right on the edge. It raised its flipper in what felt like a direct salute to the Lincoln statue, completely unbothered by my presence. It stayed perfectly still just long enough for me to capture the evidence before lowering itself back into the deep blue water without a sound. The speed at which it traveled beneath the surface suggests the reflecting pool's plumbing infrastructure may be connected to a larger subterranean aquatic network."

📡 Network Directive:

The re-emergence has reached the nation's capital. The fact that the Nagua was spotted openly at a highly monitored federal landmark proves their movements are becoming bolder and highly strategic. They are using the quietest hours of the morning to map our cultural centers.

If you are a Field Observer stationed in the DC metro area, keep your eyes on the waterways or the Museums . They are watching the monuments.
